Who's behind the camera

About me

I’ve loved books and technology since I was a kid, and studied Communication Sciences at the University of Porto, on the multimedia track. I ended up working as a software developer, which is why I built this site myself.

I started making content in January 2025, mostly about books: shyly at first on TikTok, then fully taking on the creator side on Instagram.

In my first year I posted in English, because I read almost everything in English. In January 2026 I switched to Portuguese to be closer to my audience, and a series on Porto’s independent bookshops took off.

That same month I co-founded the Porto Queer Book Club with one of my best friends. It’s a safe, inclusive space to talk about queer books and authors, with monthly meetups and a community that keeps growing.

Through 2026 I also made fitness and CrossFit content around the CrossFit Open, and covered music festivals over the summer, which I’ve really enjoyed.

These days I try to bring those three pillars together, while still exploring things outside them: lifestyle, tech, film.

Ways to work together

Every project is shaped around the brief, timeline and budget.

Woven into one of my own pieces, or a video dedicated to the brand. I write the script.

  • UGC

Open to first projects. Videos shot and edited for the brand's own channels.

  • Event coverage

Content before, during and after the event: announcement, plan, presentation and vlogs.

A sequence with a direct link, useful for codes, tickets and product pages.

  • Monthly wrap-up

A mention in my monthly reading round-up, alongside what I'm actually reading.
